Bashar Hito is what you call a perfectionist. Having grown up in Rome, he knows exactly what makes Italian cooking authentic & delicious. So, disappointed with the quality of pizza here in California, he has made it his mission to replicate a piece of his childhood, and create the perfect Italian pizza.

Though he may look a little like he wants to beat you up, if you give him enough money, he will make you a pizza that will change your life. Everything from the dough to the the oven (yes, the oven) has been made from scratch, all with the intention of bringing you something he's proud of.
